The Benefits of Piano Lessons with Ms. Cheryl

At Ms. Cheryl’s Piano Studio, we make music with joy, purpose, and heart. Every lesson builds confidence, skill, and a love of piano that lasts a lifetime.

At Piano Lessons with Ms. Cheryl, your child isn’t just learning piano — they’re learning to love music. Through personalized lessons, creative encouragement, and a nurturing environment, we help kids build confidence, focus, and joy that lasts a lifetime.

Dear Studio Families,

As we continue through another exciting semester at Piano Lessons with Ms. Cheryl, I want to take a moment to celebrate all the wonderful opportunities your children enjoy as part of our musical family! Every lesson, performance, and practice challenge is designed to help students grow with confidence, creativity, and joy.

Here’s a look at the many benefits included with your lessons:

All Music Included

Your registration covers all lesson materials, sheet music, and digital resources — no extra purchases needed! This allows each student to enjoy a well-rounded and inspiring variety of music throughout the year.

17-Week Semester with Flexibility Built In

Each semester includes 17 guaranteed lessons, with built-in flex lesson opportunities to accommodate family schedules, travel, and unforeseen absences.

Some months may have four or even five lessons, while others may have only two, depending on holidays and the calendar, but your flat monthly tuition covers all 17 lessons in full.

This structure ensures both consistency for students and predictable tuition for families year-round.

Frequent Performance Workshops

Students have the opportunity to perform for one another in informal, supportive workshops throughout the semester. These sessions help develop stage confidence, expression, and a sense of musical community.

Jacksonville Music Teachers Association Opportunities

High-performing students may be invited to participate in Jacksonville Music Teachers Association (JMTA) events and recitals — a wonderful opportunity to perform publicly and connect with other young musicians in our city.

Notes to Parents

You’ll always be included in your child’s progress! Parents receive updates and notes from lessons so you can celebrate milestones and stay informed about what to expect in the weeks ahead.

Engaging Music All Semester Long

Students receive new and exciting repertoire each semester — from classical favorites to creative modern pieces — to keep lessons fresh, fun, and motivating.

End-of-Semester Recitals

Each semester concludes with a joyful recital, where students share their accomplishments and musical growth with family and friends.

Practice App & Motivating Challenges

Students use an interactive app to track their weekly practice goals and earn achievements. Seasonal practice challenges add extra motivation and fun, helping students build consistency and pride in their progress.

A Community That Celebrates Growth

From first-time beginners to advancing performers, every student is part of a warm, encouraging environment where progress is celebrated, and music comes to life.

Thank you for being part of the Piano Lessons with Ms. Cheryl's family! Your support, enthusiasm, and trust make it possible for students to grow not just as pianists, but as confident, creative young musicians.

With appreciation and joy,
Ms. Cheryl
