    Tuition Policy

Tuition is billed per semester and divided into 5 equal payments. (August - December) (January - May)

All-inclusive tuition includes weekly, private lessons and one studio recital per semester. It also includes one group lesson that will occur before the recital.

For consistency, tuition remains the same no matter the number of lessons per month.

There will be 17 lessons offered during each semester.

As a reminder, tuition reserves your child’s spot on the studio schedule and includes much more than the lesson time spent with each student. Tuition includes preparation for each lesson, researching and purchasing appropriate method books and supplemental music, and planning and preparing recitals.

The new tuition price is $175 a month for weekly 30-minute private lessons. This price went into effect on February 13, 2025.

If you start after the January semester start rate, the monthly charge will continue to be $175 for a weekly 30-minute lesson.

    Studio Fee

A non-refundable, studio fee will cover ALL additional needs the student will have, including method books, supplementary music, music theory games, student incentives, and awards.

The studio fee for the 2026 Spring Semester is $50/student and will be added to the first month’s tuition. The studio fee is $50 per semester.

    Missed Lessons

Your lesson time is reserved just for you.

A student who does not attend a lesson will be offered a video lesson that week

There will be no make-ups or refunds for lessons missed due to a student forgetting a lesson.

If a student is mildly sick, an online lesson may replace a lesson if a student is unable to attend in person.

If there is another available slot that week (such as another student’s cancellation), that time will be offered, but a make-up lesson is not guaranteed.

Missed lessons due to a teacher’s absence will be rescheduled.

Tuition is due monthly and is due before the first lesson of the month.

There will be a $35 late charge for payments made after the 7th of the month.
